Safeguarding

Here at Emmanuel Community School, we take safeguarding seriously; we have a dedicated team of staff working together to ensure the safety of everyone involved in our school.

Safeguarding is woven through our curriculum, as we provide opportunities for our pupils to develop their own abilities to keep themselves safe. More detail of how this is covered within our curriculum can be found here.

If you have a question, or should you wish to express a concern about a child’s safety or wellbeing, please contact a member of the safeguarding team immediately. Discussions will be dealt with in confidence; however, referrals to relevant agencies will be made if there is a need to safeguard an individual or individuals.
